Hi, I’m the Katie, the maker behind Dear Betty. What started as a small hobby in my home studio has grown into a true passion for creating embroidered pieces that make people smile.

I design and stitch everything myself, from pop culture inspired sweatshirts and hats to cocktail napkins that make the perfect little gift. Each item is made in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Running Dear Betty from home keeps me close to every part of the process, from designing to packaging. I love knowing that something I’ve made becomes part of someone’s special moment, whether it is a thoughtful gift for a friend, a concert outfit, or something that just makes your day a little brighter.

I've been running a personalized embroidery sister shop on Etsy, Sabal & Pine, since 2021.

When will I get my order?

Most items ship within 3 business days. For personalized orders, the standard turnaround time is 8-10 business days. These times do not include shipping time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we’re exploring international options soon.
Can I request a rush order?

For personalized orders only: If your timeline is tight, reach out before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible. A small fee may apply.
What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping delays caused by carriers are out of our control, but we’ll always help however we can.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because each item is made to order and often personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once production begins. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
